Assistance with a Federal Agency
I know that dealing with the Federal government can be a tough task, so I have created a Casework Assistance section in the online office to help you navigate through the process.  You can use the Four-Step Casework Assistance Procedure here to determine if you have a federal case or contact my staff for assistance with any Federal agency

Privacy Waiver
I will be pleased to help you with your problem with the federal government, but the Privacy Act requires me to have your written permission.  You can download a privacy waiver here and then mail or fax the completed form back to my office.
