Military Academy Nominations
I am now accepting applications from students who are interested in entering one of the nation's military academies. I will nominate qualified applicants to attend the U.S. Air Force Academy, the U.S. Naval Academy, the U.S. Military Academy (West Point), and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens between the ages of 17 and 22 on July 1 of their admission year. They also can not be married, pregnant, or have any legal obligation to support children or other dependents. They must reside within the 3rd Congressional District of Kentucky.
Application forms can be downloaded below. The application deadline for the 2010-2011 school year is Oct. 13, 2009. For additional information or to request an application package, contact my District Office at 502-582-5129.
