Congressman LoBiondo joined with local officials for the ribbon-cutting of the Samuel Jones Innovation Center in Gloucester County. This is the first building of a planned 25-building South Jersey Technology Park that is being developed adjacent to and in cooperation with Rowan University.

A strong advocate for animal protection laws, Congressman LoBiondo received the "Humane Champion" award from Michael Markarian, Executive Vice President of the Humane Society of the United States, for his continued advocacy. LoBiondo scored a perfect 100 on the group's annual scorecard of legislators.
