WASHINGTON, DC - Congressman David Dreier (R-San Dimas, CA) issued the following statement today regarding the Chino Hills earthquake:

“Given the considerable magnitude of today’s earthquake, we can all be grateful the damage was not more severe.  My office and I have been in touch with city officials throughout our region extending support and any assistance we can provide.  With the local, state, and federal agencies working together, we will continue to monitor the situation and provide help to those who need it.  Today’s quake serves as a powerful reminder - it’s important to be prepared.  Individuals can visit http://earthquake.usgs.gov/regional/sca/prepare.php for preparedness tips.”
