Last year Heather Wilson recognized many unsung heroes for their contributions, two of those women were Dottie Kinney and Peggy Koontz from the not- for- profit organization Bound For Success, Inc. Since it’s inception in 1999 Bound for Success has helped clothe over a thousand women in Sandoval County who are in transition from home to work, school to work, welfare to work; and to victims of domestic abuse.
