Happy Holidays |

Dear Friends,
Someone should write a piece of music about December. Maybe they already have.
There would be slightly rushed dissonant chords accelerating through one too many holiday parties, followed by band concerts, secret Santa`s, a dozen extra tamales, late votes in the House and noisy mall shopping for one last thing.
But, at some point, there is a rising crescendo to silence.
Maybe for you it is Christmas Eve looking at the stars and telling your children or grandchildren about a place called Bethlehem.
Or that moment at midnight Mass when you sing Silent Night and then just hum through a verse without the words.
Or when hands are held around a well-laid table to say thanks.
When that moment of silence comes, I hope you find in it both peace and joy.
Happy Holidays,
