"Not good news," was the understatement of last week.

Both of our New Mexico national labs are doing prudent planning for their budgets next year. They are starting to take a harder look at what the budget passed by the House earlier this summer would really mean if it got enacted into law.

I expect the Department of Energy to pour all of these preliminary reports into one big bucket of cold water...
