WEST COLLEGE CORNER, Ind. - The Indiana side of this two-state community will dress up its downtown area with a $31,224 federal Transportation Enhancement Fund grant announced Monday.
The grant will allow the town to install carriage lights, park benches, planters and signs. West College Corner must contribute 20 percent, or $7,800, of the project's cost.
West College Corner was among four successful applicants of seven that sought enhancement funds from the Indiana Department of Transportation.
