Welcome

Welcome to my online office. Here you will be able to find important information regarding my work in Washington and Minnesota. I hope that this site serves you well.

My first priority as a U.S. Senator is to get things done for Minnesota.

I am working hard to grow jobs and make sure that our economy continues to expand. The best welfare program is a job. The best housing program is a job. Access to healthcare most often comes through jobs, so we’re going to work hard to grow jobs in Minnesota and America.

I also am proud to represent thousands of Minnesota farm families, and I am committed to being their advocate in Washington, D.C. And I remain resolute in making sure that every American has access to quality, affordable healthcare.

In addition, today our country is engaged in an ongoing war on terror. The events of 9/11 have taught us much, and above all have taught us to be vigilant and to be prepared and to be determined. And this means providing the brave service men and women defending freedom overseas with the best equipment, the best support, the best training and the best pay. And they also need our prayers, and we will give them our prayers.

Finally, we cannot rest until every child in America can read. That might sound a bit lofty, but I am extremely serious about making sure that every kid in this country is getting a quality education.

Thank you once again for visiting my online office. I hope you will not hesitate to contact me should you wish to share your thoughts or concerns. I can be reached most easily via the contact form you can fill out right here at my online office or by telephone at (202) 224-5641. I hope to hear from you soon.

Norm Coleman
