Flag Requests

As one of my constituents, you may request U.S. flags to be flown over the U.S. Capitol through my office.

A certificate of authenticity will accompany flags flown over the Capitol. Please print and fill out the Flag Request Form (118KB downloadable PDF) with the necessary information. You may need to download Adobe PDF Reader to print the form.

Listed below are the current prices for the various flag types and sizes.

Send the Flag Request Form, along with payment, to my Washington D.C. office. Only check or money order will be accepted. The check must be payable to "Frank Lucas Office Supply Account." The address is listed below.
