A bill to provide for the transfer of certain Federal property to the United States Paralympics, Incorporated, a subsidiary of the United States Olympic Committee.

Senator Allard SPONSORED this legislation.

 


Directs the Administrator of the General Services Administration (GSA) to offer to convey, by quitclaim deed, the real property located at 1520 Willamette Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado (including buildings and improvements) to the United States Olympic Committee.


Require such conveyance to be in accordance with a fair market value appraisal.


Makes the Olympic Committee responsible for all real estate transaction costs associated with the conveyance.


Subjects the conveyance to the condition that the Olympic Committee agree to operate, maintain, and manage the property for the benefit of the United States Paralympics program.


Authorizes the Administrator to require that any conveyance under this Act be subject to such additional terms and conditions considered to be appropriate to protect U.S. interests.
