The Library of Congress' portal, Thomas, provides access to the text of federal legislation from 1973 to the present, as well as legislative summaries, votes, and other useful information.

The Connecticut General Assembly website provides legislation from 1991 to the present.
Q: I am looking for a publication from a federal agency. Where can I find it?
The federal government web site, FirstGov, offers an index to all federal agencies. From there, you can search the agency website for the document you are seeking.
Q: Where can I find speeches or remarks by Senator Lieberman?
