Senator Lieberman's Constituent Service Center offers help in the following areas:

Local Government

Senator Lieberman's Constituent Service Center regularly receives the following questions regarding local government. If your question is not answered here, please send an email so that his staff may address your concern.

Q: How can I find out more information about my local government?

The State of Connecticut offers links to the municipal websites of all Connecticut cities and towns that maintain one. These websites usually contain information regarding local elected officials, important local phone numbers, and information on local school systems. You may also visit the online version of the Connecticut State Register and Manual for various pieces of information related to local government in Connecticut.

Q: I am having a dispute with a member of my local government. What does Senator Lieberman need to help me with my problem?

Unfortunately, Senator Lieberman does not have control over the decisions rendered by local governments or the actions of local elected officials. This includes all local budgetary, education, and roadway construction/maintenance issues. Please continue to work with your local and state elected officials to resolve such matters.
