Casework

The most important part of my job is being a voice for Missourians in Washington. That also means representing the interests of my constituents to other federal agencies when problems, delays, or disputes occur.

Requesting Assistance

Before one of my staff members can make an inquiry on any specific issue, constituents must submit a signed Privacy Act Release Form. This signed form enables my office to access your personal information to determine how best we can assist you. Please fax or mail the completed form to one of my offices listed on the bottom of the Privacy Act Release Form

For more information, or to seek assistance from a constituent services representative in my office, please telephone one of my Missouri offices:

Missouri Working for You: State Issues

My staff and I will do everything in our power to assist Missourians with federal disputes. However, if your problems involve a state or local government agency we also suggest you contact your Missouri state senator or representative. The state of Missouri's official website also offers links to departments, which allows you to contact someone within an agency directly. Older Missourians may also find more information in the Senior Citizen's Handbook.
