I have a financial hardship and the VA has not made a decision on my claim. Can Congressman Crenshaw help?
Answer:
Congressman Crenshaw can make an inquiry and have your claim classified as a hardship if proof of hardship can be supplied to the VA. Examples: foreclosure, eviction, utilities being turned off, delinquent bills, etc. Please send the Privacy Act form, which you can complete and print in Step Two, and any supporting documentation to the Jacksonville office of Congressman Crenshaw.
