Mission Accomplished?

Four years after President Bush declared "mission accomplished," Americans from all parts of the country continue to bear the burden of the President's flawed Iraq policies. Over 3,300 American servicemen and women have been killed, and over 24,000 have been wounded.

Across the country, veterans are struggling to access the health care they need, and National Guard troops are facing shortfalls in equipment and manpower to respond to domestic emergencies. Extended deployments are causing families in every state to face prolonged separations from their loved ones, and small businesses are struggling as their owners and employees serve multiple tours in Iraq.
