Federal Nominations

Max believes service to one’s community, state or country is the most noble of all human endeavors. Montanans interested in serving their communities in a Federal capacity may apply to be nominated for one of four Federal positions in the state.

As Montana’s senior U.S. Senator, Max is provided the opportunity to advance names for consideration to each of the following Federal positions:

United States Attorney
United States Marshal
United States Department of Agriculture; Rural Development Director
United States Department of Agriculture; Farm Service Agency Director
