Many tours are held in the early morning and late afternoon, and we cannot reschedule a tour once it has been confirmed. Please keep in mind that millions of tourists visit the Washington, DC, area each year, and that the months from March through September are extremely busy tourist times. Tours are scheduled on a "first come, first served" basis. Making your request as early as six months in advance is wise and will help us accommodate your request. Because of limited space and popular tour seasons, many tours fill up quickly. Most particularly, the White House tours are very popular and require several months notice.
