Small Business Administration Information & Requirements
The Small Business Administration maintains and strengthens the nation's economy by aiding, counseling, assisting and protecting the interests of small businesses and by helping families and businesses recover from national disasters.
Requirements
Determine if your concerns are with the federal government or the state of Florida.
If your problem or issue is with the federal government, complete the Privacy Act form or write a letter to Representative Crenshaw requesting assistance. Be sure to sign the document and include your address, daytime phone number and any documentation that may be needed to make an inquiry.
Send the completed form or letter to the Jacksonville office of Representative Crenshaw.
