Senator Hutchison would be pleased to assist you in resolving any problem you may have with a federal government agency. Please send a detailed letter to the address below describing your problem, the agency involved, and any other pertinent information related to your situation. You will also need to complete a Privacy Release Form before Senator Hutchison can contact an agency on your behalf. The Privacy Release Form is available in two versions:
