WASHINGTON, D.C. – Senator Thad Cochran praised the confirmation of Judge Leslie Southwick to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals today.

The jurisdiction of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals covers Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas.
