$31,500 to the University of Iowa for Heart and Vascular Diseases Research
WASHINGTON – Senator Chuck Grassley today announced that the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute has awarded a grant of $31,500 to the University of Iowa.
The University of Iowa will use the funds to help pay for a heart and vascular diseases research project titled “Immunity and Gene Regulation of iPS Cell-Derived Hematopoietic Progenitor Cells.”
