COUNTY FOCUS

Cibola - Officially declared on June 19, 1981, Cibola County was the last county to be created in New Mexico. Its county seat, Grants, is home to the only underground uranium mining museum in the world.

McKinley - McKinley County, created February 23, 1899, was named for President William McKinley. The county seat, Gallup, has a population of 20,209 and is also the largest city in the county and among the largest in the state.

San Juan - San Juan County, located in the four corners region of northwestern New Mexico, is the home of many cultural treasures and an inspiring sampling of the beautiful scenery for which New Mexico is known.
