New Mexico Economic Development Department
The New Mexico Economic Development Department facilitates business opportunities and growth throughout the state. We provide a wide range of services for New Mexico businesses & communities as well as information for corporations considering a relocation or expansion into our state.

New Mexico Department of Labor
The New Mexico Department of Labor, a workforce development agency, is committed to satisfying the needs of their customers both job-seeker and employer. Their objective is to promote economic development and education by matching the needs of employers with the skills of the job-seekers.

New Mexico "Main Street" Program
In the last fifty years, American downtowns have been hit by profound economic and social changes and downtowns became stuck in a cycle of decline. Now downtowns are part of a nationwide movement to re-build economic vitality known as the Main Street Approach. New Mexican communities are using this strategy for economic development within the context of historic preservation and finding success in rebuilding the downtown economy. New Mexico Main Street provides regular training opportunities to certified communities to keep them up-to-date on the latest in the field.

New Mexico Community Development Loan Fund
The goal of the New Mexico Community Development Loan Fund is to be an alternative source of loans and technical assistance, empowering low-income people, serving as their advocate, and providing aid to individuals and groups furthering the positive social and economic development of low-income communities.

Mesilla Valley Economic Development Alliance
MVEDA provides continuing assistance to promote the growth and welfare of new or existing companies. The organization also can assist with preliminary work on industrial revenue bonds through the City of Las Cruces or Doña Ana County, assist preparations for state in-plant training applications and provide introductions to representatives of venture capital organizations and a variety of other business assistance and promotion sources within the state and region.

Las Cruces Small Business Development Center
The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at the Dona Ana Branch Community College offers quality counseling and guidance for business owners, prospective owners, and managers.

New Mexico Business Journal
The New Mexico Business Journal is the state's only full-color magazine exclusively dedicated to New Mexico's businesses and the men and women who make them successful. Occasionally controversial, but always fair, the New Mexico Business Journal seeks to provide pertinent and timely information about New Mexico's diverse business and economic landscapes.

Los Alamos Economic Development Corporation
LACDC exists to assist businesses of all kinds with guidance and advice to help them succeed. Growth of the Los Alamos economy that is consistent with community objectives is important to the County's goal of self-sufficiency. We seek to support businesses that are clean, compatible with the natural beauty of the area, compatible with the existing business & technology base, and consistent with services needed by the community's consumers.

New Mexico Small Business Development Center
The NMSBDC is a partnership of the US Small Business Administration, the state of New Mexico, the New Mexico Association of Community Colleges, the private sector, and you! Whether you have an established business or want to start a new one, NMSBDC can assist in the following areas: business planning, marketing, and financing, international trade (import and export), women and minority-owned business programs, veterans' information programs, and young entrepreneurs programs.
