My office is always willing to help constituents with federal agencies. Caseworkers in both my Portland and Saco offices are knowledgeable and able to work with you to get issues with federal agencies resolved. Questions about the Veterans Administration, military service and records, Social Security, Medicare, immigration, visas, and other areas of federal concern are welcome.
The Privacy Act of 1974 protects your confidential personal records from unauthorized release. Therefore, before my office can seek information on your behalf, you must fill out a Privacy Waiver form and fax it to (207) 871-0720 or mail it to my Portland office.
