Michael Keane
If it’s summer, it must be softball season. And for Michael Keane, that’s a big deal. Keane, who has been the coach of the CAO Infomaniacs – the CAO’s softball team – since 2001, always has his game face on. From determining his team’s batting order to coordinating game times and locations, Keane, who usually plays shortstop, is always out to have a good time. “It’s fun, we get to hang out with co-workers for a couple of hours a day. It gives us a chance to meet new people from other CAO business units.” When he’s not fielding ground balls and hitting home runs, Keane serves as a workflow production manager in the CAO’s Customer Solutions Delivery department, where he is part of a team that assigns schedules and monitors the work for the logistics, cabinet, upholstery, drapery, carpet, locksmith and finishing shops.
