TICKETS AND TOURS If you are planning to visit our nation's capital, my office can attempt to arrange tours and tickets to some of this city's fascinating sites. These include tours of the White House, the U.S. Capitol, and passes to the House of Representatives visitors' gallery. Because these services are very popular, we typically require a five to six week notice and there are no guarantees. If you are interested in inauguration tickets, please indicate this in the "comment box." The White House recently re-opened tours to the general public. Congressional offices act as liaisons to the White House Visitors Center. Currently, due to logistical reasons, groups must consist of 10 people or more. The Colorado Congressional delegation is working together to develop groups with 10 people or more in order to serve all Coloradans. Therefore, please contact my Washington office to submit a request. Be aware that all groups touring the White House will have to submit security information to my office upon requesting a tour. Due to the high volumes of people requesting tours, my staff cannot make any guarantees. Any groups that do not submit a request at least five months in advance will be extremely difficult to accommodate. To request a tour, please contact Jennifer Sisk in my Washington D.C. office. Capitol tours have changed due to increased security. You can sign up for a group tour through my office, and a member of my staff will accompany you on that tour. If you are interested in arranging a tour please contact my office at least one month prior to the tour date. Space is very limited. Please feel free to fill out the following form to begin the process. Public tours of the Capitol are also offered daily from 10:00am to 2:00pm, Monday through Saturday. The tour is free of charge and lasts approximately forty-five minutes. The waiting area is located on the south side of the Capitol near Independence Avenue.
