A congratulatory greeting from the President or myself may be available for a birthday (for persons 80 years of age or over), a wedding anniversary (50 years of marriage or more), a birth (within one year), retirements from Federal Service or upon achieving rank of Eagle Scout or the Girl Scout Gold Award.
For Presidential Greetings, please allow six to eight weeks for the White House to process your request.
