Congressman Cohen discusses the price of gasoline on the House Floor.  He calls on the President to take action to help consumers who are suffering with nearly $4 per gallon gas by halting purchases of oil for the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR). The SPR is already 97% full, and this could lower the price of gas significantly.
