How to Contact Me

Constituent Services

My main goal as Idaho's Senator has always been to deliver timely, high-quality constituent service.

After Senator-elect Jim Risch is sworn-in as Idaho's next Senator, I encourage you to contact him for any service my office may have provided.

In the meantime, here are guidelines should you need assistance before the new year.

Ordering U.S. Flags

I have always been pleased to be able to offer Idahoans an avenue to purchase high-quality American flags at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, because ordering and shipping these flags requires several weeks, my office is no longher able to provide this service. If you want to purchase a flag before January, please contact Senator Mike Crapo.

Washington, DC tours

As Idaho's Senator, I have assisted thousands of Idahoans in making arrangements for tours in Washington, DC. Unfortunately, because congressional tours require a great deal of advance notice, my office is no longer able to request them. For more information about available tours, please see my Visit DC page. To request congressional tours, please contact Senator Mike Crapo.

Resolving problems for Idahoans

Increasingly, citizens can help themselves by accessing the tools and resources many agencies provide online. My Agency Assistant offers guidance to some of these online resources, and briefly describes how to resolve the most common problems. While your problem may seem far from "common," if you need help with a federal agency, I encourage you to start with the Agency Assistant.

There are still issues which many are simply unable to solve without assistance. In these cases, I encourage you to contact Jim Risch after he becomes Idaho's next Senator in January, or Senator Mike Crapo.
