Congress on Your Corner

During my frequent trips home to Kansas, I often host an event called Congress on Your Corner as a way of keeping in touch with my constituents.

Each Congress on Your Corner is an informal, friendly get-together in a coffee shop, library, or community center. I usually begin each event with a few remarks about my work in Washington on behalf of the Kansas Second Congressional District and then open it up for a public Q&A.  Afterwards, I sit down one-on-one with constituents to discuss their legislative concerns, answer questions, and offer assistance with federal agencies.

I am happy to announce my 2008 Congress on Your Corner Listening Tour, in which I will visit all 26 counties of the Kansas Second Congressional District. Below are the upcoming Congress on Your Corners currently on my schedule.  Please check back frequently, as more events will be added as dates and locations are confirmed!
