| Congressional Art Contest This Year’s Theme: “An Artistic Discovery” Sponsored by: Congressman Joe Donnelly Open to all high school students (grades 9-12) residing or attending school in the 2nd Congressional District of Indiana. (Click here to find out if you live in the 2nd Congressional District) Guidelines: Artwork must be two-dimensional, not exceed 30 inches by 30 inches, no more than four inches in depth, and within the following categories: Paintings, drawings, collage, prints, mixed media, computer generated art, photography. Click here for the official guideline packet. Art work must be submitted by Tuesday, May 1st 2007 to my South Bend Office at 207 West Colfax Ave. South Bend, IN 46601. Pieces submitted after May 1st, 2007 will be disqualified. If you have any questions please contact Julie Kitchell in the Logansport office at (574)753-2671. Entry must be an original concept; the entry may not reproduce an image from a third party’s work in the same or any other medium; the work may not infringe the rights of any third party; the work may not violate U.S. Copyright Laws.
