Chairman Miller Requests Additional Utah Mine Rescue Information

WASHINGTON, DC -- Education and Labor Committee Chairman George Miller today sent a letter to U.S. Labor Secretary Elaine Chao asking for documents and other information about the rescue at the Crandall Canyon Mine in Utah. Miller had previously asked for documents about the events that led up to the mine’s collapse on August 6.
