Miller, Frank Request Information From Sallie Mae, White House

WASHINGTON, DC -- U.S. Rep. George Miller (D-CA), chairman of the House Education and Labor Committee, and U.S. Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA), chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, today requested information from the Bush administration and Sallie Mae, Inc. related to the President's budget for 2008 and the sale of $18.3 million worth of stock by Sallie Mae Chairman Albert Lord.
