$1 million Association of Utah Community Health – To help meet the most immediate health care needs for the under served.
  $500,000 University of Utah – Telemedicine Outreach Program will develop a comprehensive suite of telehealth services in Utah and the Intermountain West.
  $500,000 Syracuse City Senior Citizen and Community Center – This funding will help construct a year-round community center for senior citizen programs, after school activities for single parent and working families, public health programs, and recreational programs for at-risk youth.
  $150,000 Moran Eye Center – Facility expansion to accommodate retinol disease research.

  $500,000 Huntsman Cancer Institute – Genealogical Database
  $500,000 Weber State University – Rural Nursing Care
