Academy Nominations
Our service academies provide hundreds of young men and women with a first-rate education and mold them into tomorrow's leaders. I encourage all interested Delaware students to apply for this honor if they are physically fit, hard working, and if they have high academic standards, leadership potential, and a desire to serve our country.

Flag Requests
As your Senator, I can arrange for a U.S. flag to be flown at your request over the United States Capitol building for special occasions such as retirements and anniversaries.

Photo Requests
Any Delaware resident who wishes to obtain an 8 x 10 photograph of Senator Biden may request one through either the Wilmington or Washington D.C. office.
