Responding to a recent letter on the serious impact of rising fuel costs sent to her by Republican leaders in the House, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi specifically identified the following four pieces of legislation as key planks of the “New Direction Congress”’s platform to address outrageous prices at the pump.
