At this time, our office is no longer accepting requests for tickets to the Presidential Inauguration.  We have received more than two thousand ticket requests.  Because our office will receive an extremely limited number of tickets, we will not be able to accommodate every request.

The Presidential Inauguration will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2009.  If you have been selected to receive a ticket from our office, you will be notified directly by our office.  Tickets are non-transferable and must be picked-up in person at our office in Washington, D.C.  These tickets will be standing room only and will extend west along the National Mall from the steps of the Capitol to 4^th Street.  You will still be able to participate in this event even if you do not receive a ticket from our office.  The majority of the National Mall, extending west from 4^th Street, will be open to those members of the public without tickets.
