May 25, 2007 Hudson, NY – Local Congresswoman Kirsten Gillibrand today announced that she will hold her sixth town hall forum on Tuesday, May 29th in Clifton Park. The topic of the forum will be the reauthorization of the No Child Left Behind Act and the changes that need to be made. Joining the Congresswoman for the forum will be several local residents with first hand experience working in our schools under the NCLB law and a tax expert who will explain how the NCLB Act affects our property taxes The Congresswoman encourages local residents to come out to meet her and ask questions regarding education and the important issues that affect our community, as well as to give their opinions on how they would like to see the NCLB law changed.
