Federal funds will expand and improve services for Hudson Headwaters' Health Centers in the North Country

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congresswoman Kirsten Gillibrand announced that Hudson Headwaters Health Network (HHHN) received a $372,500 grant from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. Funds will be used to expand operations within their current structure in order to serve more patients.

"I am thrilled that Hudson Headwaters Health Network received this federal grant. Hudson Headwaters provides an invaluable service to the North Country. They work in an underserved medical area where many people would not have easy access to health care if Hudson Headwaters was not located nearby," said Congresswoman Gillibrand. "I look forward to Hudson Headwaters having the capacity to expand and serve more people."

Hudson Headwaters Health Network is a not-for-profit system of twelve community health centers, with a service area of 3,700 square miles. They provide quality health care services to more than 60,000 people in the North Country, primarily in Warren and Essex County.
