August 8, 2007 Glens Falls, NY - Congresswoman Kirsten Gillibrand today announced that she will hold her monthly town hall forum on Wednesday, August 8th in the Town of Kingsbury within the Village of Hudson Falls in Washington County. The topic of the forum will be on Agriculture. Joining the Congresswoman for the forum will be several experts on New York agriculture and development who will give technical advice on keeping our small farms as viable businesses in Upstate New York. In addition to discussing Agricultural Issues in Upstate New York, the Congresswoman, a member of the House Agricultural Committee office will be on hand to discuss the Farm Bill and recent legislative action in Washington, DC. The Congresswoman encourages local residents to come out to meet her and ask questions on Agriculture and the important issues that affect our community.
