Congressman Thompson Announces $628,000 in Farm Bill 2008 Funding for Union Church Waterworks Association, Inc.


BOLTON, MISSISSIPPIToday, United States Representative Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS) announced that the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development 2008 Farm Bill Funding has approved $470,000 in grant funds and $158,000 in loans for the Union Church Waterworks Association, Inc.  The funds will be used to build an elevated storage tank, replace distribution lines and add new customers.
