WHAT: Congressman Paul E. Kanjorski (PA-11) will announce that he is co-sponsoring a bill, brought to his attention by Luzerne County Transportation Authority (LCTA), which would increase federal funding for public mass transportation.  This is especially important as more and more people are using public transportation as a result of the skyrocketing gas prices.  Just this past week, gas prices exceeded $4 - a new historic high.
