As your Representative, I am committed to voicing your concerns here in Washington, DC. It my pleasure to serve you and make sure you have access to the federal services and resources that you need.

I look forward to continuing to fight for solutions to the problems that matter to the people of central Brooklyn; addressing gang & domestic violence, fair and comprehensive immigration reform that builds a stronger America rather than tearing families apart; improving the affordability of quality housing and health care; vigorously pursuing the issue of economic justice; excellence in education for all of our children; and of course, bring our troops home.

In the spirit of Shirley Chisholm, Rosa Parks, Nanny of the Maroons and so many other women who came before me, first, let me thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve. And, as I walk the halls of Congress, I will rely on the strength of those who came before me to guide me in making certain your voice is heard.
