• H.R.362 : To authorize science scholarships for educating mathematics and science teachers, and for other purposes.
• H.R.526 : To amend the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act to provide full funding for assistance for education of all children with disabilities.
• H.R.567 : To ensure Pell Grant eligibility for any student whose parent or guardian died as a result of performing military service in Iraq or Afghanistan after September 11, 2001.
• H.R.584 : To designate the Federal building located at 400 Maryland Avenue Southwest in the District of Columbia as the 'Lyndon Baines Johnson Department of Education Building'.
