Special thanks to David and Robert Lepo, owners of Lepo Works Art Studio. The Lepo brothers acted as judges of the Fourth Congressional District Art Competition and hosted the district awards presentation event. Winning students and their guests had the opportunity to tour a nationally known art studio and view many finished pieces and art works in progress.
