Emergency Home Energy Assistance Plan

Emergency Home Energy Assistance Plan (E-HEAP) is taking applications for help with heating bills November 3rd - March 31, 2009

The Emergency Program provides assistance once per heating season to eligible households that are disconnected, threatened with disconnection, or have less than a ten day supply of bulk fuel available.
