Passport Assistance

Please contact our staff in the nearest Ohio district office if you are having trouble resolving passport delays, as many constituents did during the summer of 2007. We will do our best to cut through the red tape and determine the status of your passport or application.

Passports are obtained through the Passport Services Division of the Department of State. Through your local passport acceptance agent, usually at the Post Office or Clerk of Courts, you can apply for a new passport, renew your old one, or do any of a number of things, including replacing a lost, stolen, or damaged passport, or adding new pages to your existing book.  You may download a Form DS-11, Application For a U.S. Passport at www.travel.state.gov.
