Nevada’s Second Congressional District is the largest non-at-large district in the United States. This means that the district is the largest district in land area not to comprise an entire state. It includes 16 of Nevada’s seventeen counties in their entirety, and portions of Clark County in southern Nevada. It was created in the 1980 census and has had only three representatives since its creation.
