My staff and I are here to serve you in any way we can. There are many ways that we can help:

Academy Nominations

Each year I am privileged to make nominations to the United States Service Academies, including the Naval Academy, the Air Force Academy, the Military Academy, and the Merchant Marine Academy. If you are interested in applying to one of these academies, contact my office for additional information.

American Flags

Through my office, you can purchase an American flag that has been flown over the U.S. Capitol. A certificate of authenticity comes with each flag indicating the date on which it was flown.

Education Loans and Support

If you or your children are considering college, you may be eligible for federal student loans or grants. My office can provide information regarding educational assistance offered by the federal government.

Immigration Issues and Passports

If you have an urgent passport situation, we can assist you with expedited service. We can also assist with various processes associated with the immigration process.

Internal Revenue Service

My office can help you navigate the Internal Revenue Service system as well as point you towards low-cost or free tax assistance.

Internships

An internship is a great opportunity to learn about Congress and to serve the community. Internships are volunteer positions, and often students are eligible to receive college credit.

Military Personnel and Veterans

Supporting the men and women in the military who place their lives on the line for our country must be a top priority for this nation. If you are in the active military, retired military or are a veteran, I would be honored to assist in resolving any problem or concern you may have.

Social Security and Medicare

Ensuring that constituents receive their Social Security and Medicare benefits is a top priority of my office. I can help you with problems related to Medicare (including the Prescription Drug Program) and the Social Security Administration (including disability).
